Structural Advisors (part of Virginia Engineering Services LLC) was founded to support home owners, contractors, flippers, and rental property owners who want to modify, alter, expand, or change the layout of a home. We are not a contractor so our consultation is unbiased. Our focus is helping you plan the feasibility of your proposed alterations before (or after) you have a set of plans from an architect, interior designer, or contractor.

We also inspect and permit home additions, document contractor damage, perform historic home renovation design, permitting assistance, and other design-engineering services for the residential and light commerical space.
